Carlton Dotson is a former college basketball player who gained national attention in 2003 when he was charged with the murder of his former teammate, Patrick Dennehy. Dotson and Dennehy had both played basketball at Baylor University in Texas before Dennehy went missing in June 2003. Dennehy's body was later found in a field near Waco, Texas, and Dotson was arrested and charged with his murder.
